Dear Team – AWB 14326422323776 is not delivered. it has reached the destination hub on 04/08/2022 through expressbees courier. but till today 17/08/2022 parcel is not delivered. it has been market RTO automatically. we have escalated this matter several times through email, customer care centre & with the website also but our parcel is not delivere and marked for RTO our fund also deducted for RTO charges.
we have contacted Ajmer staff also but they have said we dont have suffiicient manpower to deliver this parcel. (audio records available) we instructed Ajmer team share your address so our client will pick up the parcel but they didnot share the address also. contact person name was ravindra – 9116002534.
kindly look into the matter. we have faced very bad expereice with shiprocket.
