I have placed order on 31 July of Rs 1117+ 1688= 2805/- online in Nykaa application, in app it was showing my products reached to nearest facility on 31 July but still I did not get my products, they update in app will on this date but never deliver. Every day I have called customer care service but they just say we escalate your issue but did not solve my problems. All my products are in their facility but they are not going to deliver to me, they did not called or message about out of delivery but in the evening they just updated in app unsuccessful attempt of delivery. Now I am seeing they send back my products to Mumbai, why my products are roaming around. Nykaa delivery service and customer care executives making us fool. I request you, Please do the needful I need all my 10 products as soon as possible.
