I am a vodafone customer since last 4 years since last year i am not using their services that much since i am using jio and every-time i go to the vodafone store to convert my number from prepaid to postpaid i they have some reasons why it cant be done i am paying every month my bill for no use despite not using their services i am feeling harassed by these chaps who properly dont know their rules and are being and don’t change my number to prepaid ,i just want to ask vodafone people how much money they want to churn out of me
