Text of Complaint by Narayan singh:

My plan is expired on 11 june and from that day you are messaging me that you will pickup on 15 june but on 15 it is rescheduling automatically to 17 june and on 17 june again to 19 june one day your service engineer called me and said he is on the way so be ready but I don’t know why he did not came.

I have complained many time to customer care service request number is SR000015I6CD.
plzz take my jio fibre back as soon as possible.
