l have never chosen to access the Handset Inbuilt Games on my mobile phone through Vi, but today a message arrived on my phone saying, “Thank you for choosing to access Handset Inbuilt Games. You have been charged Rs. 15.”. And they have cut 15 rupees from my mobile balance. I want a full refund of the balance charged, cause I haven’t accessed any such service.
