Sir,
I have booked a trip from MakeMyTrip.com from my id vivek_23052@yahoo.com(Ref no.NL2101582249134)which schedule to happen in first week of April 2020 but it got canceled from their end due to pandemic and now MakeMy trip is not bookin the trip which got canceled from their end every now and then they are asking for another day from last 20 days and they delaying intentionally so that they can fetch more for last minute booking,this is not the single case where they are playing behind name of pandemic to steal from people, whole websites are filled from their complains ,On one side where country is struggling to get back to normal they and their people are busy cheating common people, I have uploaded all the communication details with their staff and check how they make false commitments. Kindly take some serious action them so that they stop doing malpractice behind name of pandemic.
