I have added money to my play store account through redeem code but when I am trying to use the money to make any in-app purchases then it is showing to use different methods l. I have tried many times to use the play balance but I was unable to use it . Then I complained about it to the Google Play customer service, then they said that they will solve the issue within 24 hours and I will be able to use the money after 24 hours. But it has been more than a week , still my issue is not solved.
