We had gone to a restaurant named “Bombay Adda”, where the Zomato page had shown to offer the benefits of Zomato pro membership (-20% off on the total bill).
However, the restaurant declined to accept the offer, and Zomato executives could not meet the terms of our Zomsto pro membership.
Upon contacting with Zomato executives, we failed to get the due compensation of INR 2224. Instead they offered a measly sum of 200INR coupon. This is abject violation of the terms of Pro membership.
I plea to compensate INR 2224 from Zomato or the partner restaurant as required by the Zomato Pro entitlements.
