I have ordered a key pendant and while placing the order I entered the exact address where I need the delivery but the delivery agents refuses to deliver the order even after calling a numerous times and infact I have submitted a query against this activity in Delhivery website but I haven’t got any response from their end even. They don’t even care. And in fact they provide false statements stating that customer refused the product. however the staff never contacts the consumer to deliver the product and they update the status of the order by stating that customer asked to close the return. This is clear fraud done by the local Delhivery branch. not adhering to the company norms and harassing the customer.
