i have purchase a TATA Dish TV on 14-6-2019 and it has been installed a dish on the same day and i have paid an amount of Rs. 1600/- , They provide a TATA SKY Subscriber ID 1324190071, but they have failed to activate my connection,
i made a several call to consumer cell but are unable to resolve my problem, they have fixed a WO#1JRHG8C is scheduled between 15-6-2019 20:00 & 21:00 but they didn’t show’d up again i called on several time but no one responded i had chat online and they give a request no. 1IWDEMX7 on 18-06-2019 but no one show’d up,
i made a call again on 19-06-2019 and they gave another Request no. 1IXVJZGJ and on same day the complaint was closed stating that it has been resolved but it now my connection was not activated please resolve my problem
