with reference to mobile no- 9536996655 I am a regular user of Vodafone for last so many years . Last month I visited china and I opted for international roaming plan through Vodafone app which I generally do every time when I am in International tour. But I was surprised to see my bill amounted around 18000 INR on 20th Oct& I found that my calls are barred   and learned that international Roaming plan was not activated. As I was in china in order to activate my call I paid the amount 17000approx and from 21 oct new international roaming was again activated from Delhi. In the last bill now I come to know that the total amount you have charged me for you mistakenly not activated the plan INR 31000 approx.

for last 1 month we are chasing swati and upender located at Vodafone store Haridwar to waive of this amount. but today only they give up and recommended to mail you for the same. this similar problem was faced earlier 2 years back also when I was travelled Dubai and the amount was 80000 INR approx. later which was waived off.
