worst experience of Vodafone postpaid and their executives. There was a store in Dwarka sector 12 New Delhi which are worst staffs. I went there on dated 21-12-2020 to get my postpaid no. 9828500720 which belongs to Rajasthan. When I went there then I told them someone has has stole  my phone. Now I want to get that no 9828500720. Then there was a lady who told me that you are our premium customer and according your current plan I am suggesting one better plan for you. And plan was my family plan that I can add up to 4 sims of my family member exclude me. Then I said okey I am agree to get this plan. And I told her that my family is in Haryana. Then she told me that don’t worry you just give me UPC code of your family’s no. Then by porting our no of my papa, wife and brother I gave her the UPC code. Now my primary no 9828500720 is not active and my family members are unable to activate there no. When they are going to call on 59059 to activate the no then It connects to customer care no. I have lodged complaint on customer care no but still not getting any solution. When I am going to call on VI store Dwarka 12 they are responding my calls. In my family all the mobile no. are inactive. We are facing same problem since five days. Did I make any mistake to choose Vodafone. Kindly do needful. Till date I am not getting any solution.
