Dear San,
This is Mugesh from pondicherry
Am Diamond customer in vodafone i facing to issue in my caller tone activation details
Yesterday (20.05.2020). Am discussion to call center executive she explain the caller tone plan details
Then i recharge the plan 78 Rs on indian payment still now not activation to caller tone
Some time i try to customer care executive helpline number 198 but not connected the calls
Please clear the issue do the needful
