I recently placed an order for psir optional books from your flipkart, and I received the delivery just yesterday(22/10/23). However, I regret to inform you that the books’ contents are not in the correct sequence. Upon closer inspection, I realized that some of the book volumes are mixed with old content volume while others have been updated. This discrepancy was confirmed when I cross-referenced the contents with the index provided.
My first instinct was to initiate a return for these books, but I noticed that the only option available is a replacement. I am concerned that by choosing the replacement option, I may receive the same set of books with the same issue. To address this concern, I reached out to the seller, Raghav Book Seller, using the provided contact number. Unfortunately, they informed me that they only have copies of the books with the incorrect and repetitive content, the same which I received and they cannot provide me with a corrected version. So no mean to replace.
While making the purchase, I was under the impression that there is a 7-day replacement and exchange policy in place, which is why I chose to buy from Flipkart. However, I am now faced with a situation where I am unsure how to proceed. This has left me quite disheartened, as I was looking forward to exchange or return it but couldn’t happen and unble to reach out flipkart as well. Please help me out.
I have attached the index of the book volumes for your reference. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. If the replacement option can guarantee the correct sequence of content, I am willing to go ahead with it. However, if there is any possibility of exchanging these books for a different book seller, book set that meets the correct criteria, I would greatly appreciate your support in making this happen.
I believe this issue can be resolved amicably, and I look forward to your prompt response and guidance on the next steps. Your assistance in this matter is highly valued.
