I ordered 2 suits from meesho.
The suits were of pathtic quality, they got delivered on 7th Aug afternoon.
On 13 th Aug night, when i tried to return it, it got failed and today (on 14th Aug) i contacted customer care, they denied the return saying I have crossed 7 days.
My point is
1. On 13th night, they were not contactable how could i have raised my issue for return
2. According to 7 days policy, it should be returnable till 14th afternoon, but i am still nit able to return
The customer care executive has denied to help me.
Please help me.
