I purchased a mathey tissot watch from myntra and it gets delivered on 11th of janurary 2021 , i open the parcel received from myntra the very same day and found out it looks old and its not for me so i try to create return on myntra app since then they are not accepting my return even it is under return period. I’ve called them 5-6 times every body promises to get it sorted in 24 hrs and each time they failed , my return id is :-4226725166. Kindly look into it.
