Text of Complaint by Akash Bommidi:

I recently ordered safari bags ( set of 3) on Flipkart. In place of my order i got a different product which is a single bag. When I tried to contact customer care they are not answering properly. If they answer properly then they are asking to submit some proofs and pic’s of product. When I try to submit them through inbuilt email in Flipkart, it always showing “something went wrong”. I am unable to get the problem from my side.
