I have brought an LG Velvet dual-screen phone through Flipkart on 27th June 2021. The phone is faulty and not at all working. So I request for the return of the product as per the return policy guidelines and within the allowed time frame of 7 days. While putting up the return request there system is showing only a replacement option no refund option. I have proceeded with the replacement option, i tried to contact their call center with no response, I requested a call back they have called but cut down the call thrice every 2 mins not allowing me to get the conclusion for the grievance. After these calls, they updated the return request as rejected and the issue has been resolved through troubleshooting, which is blatant lie and fraud. I lost my trust in Flipkart, I feel cheated by Flipkart and I’m disheartened as I have lost my hard-earned money of 55000 for trusting Flipkart. Please help me.
