This is to inform you that I have 2 connections 1) primary 1) secendory, both the set top boxes were not working and accordingly I lodged complaint on 19th September 2021. Please note that my primary box was out of warranty but secondary box warranty is upto 18th september 2022. Technician visited on 19th septemebr 2021 and changed both set top boxes, I paid Rs.575/- in total as Rs.400/- for replacement of my primary box and visit charges of Rs.175/-. But till now both set top boxes are not working. I requested several times on your customer care number, on chat and also contacted the technician who visited on 19th september 2021 but all in vain. Till now problems are unresolved. It is really frustrating for me. I am yr subscriber since a long long time but such irresponsible attitude never faced. I am loosing my balances per day without any reason. It is not acceptable at all. So I once again request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve my issues on top priority else will be compelled to take appropriate action.
