I have not been able to use the Internet since April 2020. I have tried contacting customer care a couple of times, but there hasn’t been any response from them. One lady told me to just wait till May (which has ended now) for some development to complete in my area, in a really rude manner. But the truth is that I was using my data earlier without any problems in the same area. Another guy said that it is just temprary and it’ll be resolved soon, but didn’t get resolved at all. The Internet is slower that the time I had 2G. Mostly I have to ask other people for hotspot where I myself have spent approximately 700 bucks on a data plan… it’s getting more and more frustrating with slow speed and I’m not able to use any data.
