I have already paid bill, in Airtel app it shows that I have around 120 gb data left but still I’m unable to use this data to download a game from playstore. I’m also using another network which is working perfectly. I have already raised complaint on 11th June 2019 but in still facing the same issue.
Here I’m attaching the message I got after raising complaint
“Dear Customer, Reference No. 31-1624775567891 for your Airtel Mobile has been registered on 11/06/2019 22:26:37. The same will be closed within 4 Working Days.. To check the status, SMS SR (ref. no.) to 121.”
Please suggest me If I need to change my network or you are going to resolve this issue.
