I moved from Vodafone from Airtel in June 2018. I was happy with the services for few days then i have started facing network issue frequently. Customer care people are not helpful, lack of knowledge and customer empathy. Whenever we called for a resolution they always asked us to replace the sim card.
How long do i have to that.
For every problem you have to go to aitel office and get a new sim card everytime. That is really annoying.
I have been paying around 2300 every month and note able to use 4G service is quite disappointment.
hopefully, someone will work on my complaint and get a resolution.
Being a leading provider in India, the service is below average.
