Airtel is making fool to customer from last 2 days I tried to choose my choice package for DTH channel but couldn’t succeed to get it active through website and even Airtel App. Instead of my choice package Airtel is promoting to offer me package they want to sell me on higher price and make it easily accessible for recharge. NCF charges are baseless and trying to get more money from customer. Earlier we can able to add or delete channel through customer care now Airtel if you are ready to pay package as per Airtel wish ( higher price ) made available through customer care else you will ask to login website for your choice package , website not at all working and completely irritating to customer. Very bad approach of Airtel service
