after selecting channel when I scan and send message they show technical issue

today I waste my 3 hrs in this process I already discussed this with my family lawyer and I will file complaint in consumer forum if not resolve this in 24 hrs

its blackmailing of customer indirectly you are forcing your pack to the customer

I have all recording of your customer care executive how he compelled me to recharge first then only I am able to select channel.
