I had received a product from ajio, later after two days my account was blocked due to high returns. But i had the right to return the product within 15 days of delivery. That asked me to email the details and i did the same. After three months of emailing they created a return ID for it and then did a quality check on it. But they sent it back saying that it is a non ajio product. But i have sent them the same product back with the cover in which i received it. All the details, the EAN number everything is same and still they returned it back to me. I want to return that product and get my refund. I tried contacting them after two days of delivery to create a return and then they did it after 3 months and then they sent it back.
