Respected Sir,
I ordered the item from Amazon with order number 402-7841645-7428366 but I received the delivery package tempered as the entire seal was broken and was tapped with normal tape. Hence I placed a return order with the help of amazon agent and provided him with all the proofs. The pickup was scheduled for last Sunday 10/08/2024 but the pick was canceled without any reason. I called customer service and rescheduled the pickup for 10/09/2024 but no one came to pick it up and the pick got cancelled again. I called again customer service team multiple times regarding the issue but every time they said that pickup could not be placed as the address data was mismatched. If the first 2 pickups were scheduled to that how come they weren’t able to place another pickup order? As per their suggestion, I removed all addresses and kept one address which was my delivery address at the time of delivery but they are still not able to place the order for pickup.
My humble request to you is to help me get a refund for this order as this is a big amount for me.
