Text of Complaint by Hari Hari Sudhan:

Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is sudhan airtel customer for last 15 years. I have been recharging in my prepaid mobile in annual plan. I have a balance of Rs.283 in my mobile no. But am not able to use this amount for top up or recharge.When I contacted customer care they replied this amount can be used only for talk time,which I don’t require since am already doing recharge for annual plan.

There is no response for the complaint also. I am in great dissatisfaction on your service and customer care.
Pls try to understand and dothe needful .
