Sir
I and my wife have two Airtel prepaid connections-9001533997 & 9001533996 working from Rajasthan circle. For the past 20 days we are not able to make/receive calls. As per Local Airtel official we to to complete the customer Tele verification process by dialing 59059 but calls to 59059 ends abruptly within 20 seconds and we are not able to complete the verification process despite number of attempts. Our complaint is long pending so please take immediate action to restore the services.
