I am Deeksha upadhyay. i have logged in through my facebook account in zomato I have two complaints against zomato.
First is:
on date 06-05-2020 i have ordered few eating stuff from zomato. after waiting for 45 minutes i got a call of delievery guy saying that he is at different loaction which is 8 km far from my place as well as resaurant. he denied to deliver my order at my location because his app is showing different location(according to him) but as zomato policy he deliver within 5 km around his restaurant. first point is that- i entered my location(which is 500 meter far from the resaurant) and that is also mentioned in my e-invoice. why they didn’t deliever at my location.
and my second point is that- when they deliver within 5 km only then why did they accepted my order (in case if my location was showing 8 km far). Delivery guy forbade to deliver my order and they cancelled my order from their side . I didn’t even get refund for it. Please arrange me my valuable money
NOTE: restaurant and my residence is in the same sector which is 500 meter away from each other.
and my second complaints is:
I again ordered few eating stuffs on 7/05/2020. the taste of every item was bitter.may b frequently used oil did that.
