I deleted my Paytm account with Mobile number 7016122704, and after few days I’ve been trying to open a new Paytm account, but I’m not able to do KYC as it says the KYC document is already in use, but i have already deleted the account. When I contacted the customer care on their online mode, they said that the number is already registered with my previous number which i had deleted. I even tried to do KYC on my previous account and it still says that the document is already in use.
