After viewing ad on Instagram about DealSaga company, I bought few items costing Rs.1505 on 30th August 2020. As the expected delivery date was today but when I tried to contact the company via email and phone number provided on their website, I didn’t get any response.
Email bounced back and phone number was invalid.
Kindly provide me a solution so as to how can I get my money back.
I also have the transaction ID. Kindly let me know if it’s required.
