I had Recharged my number on 24th May 2021. The pack starts from 25th of May which was of Rs299. The airtel pack also included Amazon Prime Video Mobile edition. I did the recharge using Airtel Thanks App. Even after 2 days of my recharge I am not able to activate the Prime Membership.
It shows the screen whenever I try

I also tried to reach Amazon Customer care but they are unable to do anything.
I have mailed them regarding this.
