I booked a bus ticket from paytm app for Ahmedabad to Porbandar. Due to some reason I want to cancel my ticket. But when I go to the “Cancel Ticket” in paytm app, its not allowing me and telling me to reach out to support team chat. I already put these details in chat but no one is responding. I already called on customer care but no answer from there. Now, if my ticket will not get cancelled in proper time then I will lose my money. This is very unprofessional behaviour from the paytm team.
