Not able to book flight using Travolook wallet & Refund Issues

Text of Complaint by Poonam Dogra:

I tried to book flight ticket on May 29 with the Reference id REF828287545 which was cancelled from travolook end after deducting amount 7304 which make no sense for cancellation if seats are not available then why payment was requested? then i called Travolook customer care department for refund which was promised in my wallet within 2-3 hours but that took 4 days.

Finally , I got the amount in my wallet but now i am trying to book my flight from 4 days but not able to book flight it is just clocking without any confirmation. In one browser i an getting an option to pay amount from travlook wallet but after bringing this into travlook customer care representative i deleted my browser history and tried another browser but not getting option to use my travolook amount and in other browser i am getting an option but it gets stuck on confirmation window for hours.

I am really pissed of their services they asked me to send an email but there is no acknowledgement or reply on my previous emails and even after mentioning this to the customer care representative they wanted me to send an email if they are not going to respond then why they are fooling people.

Please help me in solving this issue as i am not getting proper response from them
