I am currently facing with accessing my Simplilearn account,
Initially, my account was registered under the email address payal.kalwar@rpgls.com. However, I later requested to have it changed to payalkalwar@gmail.com due to not having access to my initial email account. This change was duly conveyed to the Simplilearn team.
Despite the change in email address, I am experiencing significant difficulty logging into my account now. This issue is particularly concerning as I have pending coursework and activities, especially regarding the PMP program that I enrolled in last March. Regrettably, unforeseen health issues prevented me from completing the course at that time.
I have fulfilled all payments associated with the PMP program and am eager to resume my studies and complete the necessary PDUs. Furthermore, I urgently need access to my account to apply for the exam voucher, as I intend to take my exam in May or June.
Given the urgency of the situation, I kindly request your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and providing me with access to my Simplilearn account, as previously discussed. It would greatly facilitate my preparation if this matter could be addressed by tomorrow so that I can initiate my studies without further delay. I have been trying to contact the customer help but there is no assistance from Simplilearn. They are purposely trying to delay my case as my 1 year will complete in next week and later they can deny my application. I haven’t use my exam voucher yet and all my payments are done . Now the team is not responding i have discussed all this with them and they have assured me to resolve it and now they are ignoring.tjos is total Fraud from Simplilearn to assist the students
