I have not been able to access internet services (data pack) in my mobile since 17th May 2019. I had registered complaint regarding this to customer care and they ensured me to resolve the issue by 22nd May 2019. One phone call came on 21st May around 6 PM and they asked me about the problem and also the location after which they disconnected the call but they didn’t solve the issue saying that they didn’t not have immediate solution. But all Vodafone Sims near about my area are working well, there is no issue of network. Only I am not able to access the internet. I again registered my complaint on 24th May 2019 and they told me to wait till 27th May 2019. Till now, not a single call has come. My data pack validity is till 1st June 2019 and I have not been able to use my data pack from 17th May till Today. I would like to request you to kindly extend my data pack after my issue get resolved otherwise refund my money. My data pack was working well till 17th May 2019.
