- I had switched to Airtel Family Plan if Rs. 999/- plus GST on 15th February, 2020. Right from 15th February, I have not been able to access internet on my add on connection number 9796058000. In spite of regular follow up, I am getting assurance that the problem will be resolved at the earliest. It’s more than a week and the issue is not resolved till now.
