I brought a plan of 449 rupees for my idea mobile number. As per this plan they offer me 4gb/day at 4g/3g speed . On keeping in mind this plan I started my online classes for my upcoming Govt. Exam which is going to be held in September and October.
Now Idea internet acceble (work) for few days and there speed is very slow even slower than 2G speed. for this I already complaints several time but there is no resolution.
Due to this I am not able to continue my online class.
I want my money back to buy another company plan. Please help me.
