Tata sky set-top box has not been installed at my home till date. The connection was purchased through a dealer on 5th Nov. 2020, but it hasn’t been installed till date and than even the state sky app shows the connection is active and the balance on the account was also kept on decreasing day by day without installation and usage of device & services. Paid Rs. 2150, one year ago through Paytm, to buy a new connection. Contacted tata sky multiple time via email & toll free number but no action has been taken till date.
