Text of Complaint by sudhakar:

i placed an order PROLITE Background Support Kit (9ft x 9ft) for Backdrop Photography & Videography with Carry Bag (Portable & Foldable) on 17th September, which was supposed to be delivered to me on 21st or so. I tracked the same, it almost came to the delivery point, which was not delivered to me. When contacted the customer care, they said, you cancel and place another order, we will replace, On my insisting about the product delivered to me, they said not possible. after talking to the senior they arranged the replacement of the lost item. When the item came for the delivery, they wanted me to return the nonreceived item, which i dont have. now they say you have to cancel and place order afresh. which i am not interested.

It is almost a month, i lost in this tussle of delivery and non delivery. now they say it is our mistake, but take refund and place a fresh order, which i am not willing. i need the product at any cost.
