Text of Complaint by Kaushik Baidya:

I had ordered a Hy-tec (Device) HYBB – Smokey Charcoal Grill Barbeque from Amazon (Order# 404-6432871-6577903) on March 1 2023. The product was scheduled for delivery on March 3 2023, and I received the tracking details against the order. However, the status started showing as delivered at 9.15 PM despite me not having received the product. I called Amazon’s customer care on March 4 2023 and raised a complaint regarding this. After 1 week I was told by the customer service that their internal investigation says the item has been delivered. They refused to provide any proof or further details of the investigation. My request to speak with the concerned team or escalate the issue further was denied. So my hard earned money is wasted and I am facing humiliation and harassment from Amazon.
