I got my new sim number from VI 44 days back. On midnight of 18th November, my internet services stopped on my phone while I came in roaming to chandigarh and my number was from delhi circle . FROM PAST 2 DAYS I talked to around 10 vodafone executives regarding my problem and they tried to refresh my network again and again but nothing helped . I was not able to deliver even a single message . Many vodafone executives misbehaved Noone actually tried to understand my problem or forwarded my call to senior executive. My monthly bill is around 500 and also got my sim replaced from nearby store . Now , also my net is not working at all . I still didn’t get a solution they just gave you fake promises of resolution within 24 hours . No comments but I didn’t think so that VI is superfast 4g . Please help me with my problem or get my sim ported to other service providers .
