My father bought Voltas AC from IB Shoper Chaudhary Complex Mukeriganj Azamgarh on 10 June 2023, engineer came on 12 June 2023 to install . On 13 June 2023 it stop cooling after complaining an engineer came and said there is a issue of gas leakage. We complaint to store manager and request for replacement but he ignore us, even after mailing our problem to customer care they didn’t respond. After few days they appoint a manager named Raj Karan to solve our issue but he is not picking our calls even. Please provide us the replacement. We paid 42000 for this in the name of voltas.
