I had ordered 4 items from Masalagram (Punjabi Bagh) restaurant out of these 1 item was a Veg item (Soya tikka Masala). Instead of the Veg item, the restaurant sent Non item (Chicken tikka masala). When I raised this issue with the restaurant, they asked me to take full refund of the order from Zomato. I took up the issue with Zomato and was promised full refund for the order by one of their customer care executive Ms. Tejaswani. Later Zomato back tracked on their promise and refunded only the value of the Veg item. The total order value was Rs.1362.95 but Zomato only refunded Rs.319. There was no action for the in proper actions of the restaurant. I had asked for a formal apology letter from the Restaurant to be arranged by Zomato, but that was also denied.
