I have added Rs 10000 in big bazar profit club card . RS 1000 to be added each month in my card for 12 months. I have used Rs 4000 in four months. After that big bazar closed all online and offline store .they have deposited Rs 8000 in my profit club card but can be utilized as stores are closed and online also closed. After same time profit club card balance also debited . There is no any information about money .
