I paid bill amount 1100 on 2nd November
But till now not updated fully
Only 1000 rs updated
This seems to purposefully make inconveniences
There is nobody to question in the Mullakkal office where I paid,the Amount
It is highly regrettable
If possible do something,which I think even you can not
