I paid ₹2400 for Airtel hotspot to Deepak Gupta(contact no. +918368779081) at my home on 31\11\2018. But he didn’t update my payment, neither my email address in Airtel. My services of the hotspot have been suspended. I have a receipt of the amount I paid. DLPV 304591 is the receipt no. of my receipt. I am calling that guys for 5 days now, but he and his senior are both stalling me. And now they are not even picking up the call. I am not able to make complaint via email on 121@in.airtel.com.
