I converted from 2G SIM to 4G . But still not yet activated my 4G SIM and the 2G SIM has been deactivated

My new 4G SIM not activated and my 2G SIM has been deactivated  .. 8790891694.

So many times spoke with customer care and nobody is responding and resolving

We are not satisfy with airtel.  If no one is responding we will move to other networks

Kindly activate on most urgent basis, as my number is linked with bank accou9 and not able to do anything
