Respected Officer,
Regret to inform that the pioneer companies like Vodafone is been so lethargic towards your customer in spite of several e mail and personnel visit to the vodafone store across Chennai for converting my mobile bearing no 9884323876 into Prepaid from the Post paid plan. Every time at my Visit , they apologized and taken a new request but nothing happened fruitfully, all these time i have been charged full moth rental with penalty without any business ethics , I strongly request yourself to intervene in this matter as a priority to amicably resolve it or else to release these number 9884323876 for mobile portability
