I am writing to complain about the appalling quality of service from Airtel, regarding the transfer of my broadband and fixed line services from Mumbai to Bengaluru.
I first got in touch with Airtel customer care on the 11th of October, with a request to cancel my connections. At that point, I was told that transferring the connection was possible, but that I should provide my new address so they could check the feasibility. This was in early October. Ever since then, till today, I have been mailing, calling, texting and even tweeting at Airtel, with regards to this process, and NO-ONE this company has been able to solve this.
I am deeply disappointed with this company and its complete lack of professionalism.
